We anticipate that referees will be able to complete a reference within a week.
You will receive an email notification once your referee has completed/submitted the reference.

Whilst we may follow up with referees, the primary responsibility is yours to ensure these are received in a timely manner. This is why it is important to contact your referees prior to submitting their details to us in case they are on leave and not back for several weeks. Submitting a referee like this would mean a long delay for your application and potentially disadvantage you.
Once your references are received these are assessed by the Recruitment Consultant and Vocational Training Committee or specialty.
If you are accepted for interview you will continue on to panel interview.
