Starter Documents - I have not worked in NZ before

Waitemata DHB (Waitakere or North Shore Hospital)

 

 

1. Police Vetting Form (download, complete and return to your recruiter)
2. You also need to complete a Pre-Employment Screening form online here as soon as possible. Please confirm with your Recruiter that you have completed this when you return your signed offer.
3. In addition to the above, all RMO’s that are starting at Waitemata DHB for the first time need to complete the pre-employment health and Safety e-module training by following this link. 
4. If you have not submitted a current ACLS / ALS  / APLS certificate by the time you arrive, you will also need to book onto a course now.

Our Recruitment Administrator will be in touch with you with regards to the remainder of the starter documentation which can only be completed once you have arrived in Auckland.

 

Auckland DHB (Starship or Auckland City Hospital)  

 

1. Police Vetting Form (download, complete and return to your recruiter)

3. If you have not submitted a current ACLS / ALS  / APLS certificate by the time you arrive, you will also need to book onto a course now.
